Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
1. 1 cup confectioners sugar
2. 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
3. 1 pie shell 9 inch baked
4. Filling
5. 2/3 cup sugar
6. 1/4 cup cornstartch
7. 1/4 teaspoon
8. 2 cups milk scalded
9. 3 eggs yolks beaten
10. 2 tablespoons butter
11. 1 tespoon vanilla


Preparation
Combine peanut butter and confectioners sugar blend well. Spread all but 3 tablespoons over the bottom of the baked pie shell. Save remaining peanut butter mixture for topping.
